Our Parish Family Connection provides families with young children a place to gather and enjoy their children in a fun and engaging atmosphere. Children build strong language, motor and social skills while the adults have an opportunity to meet other parents and talk about child rearing challenges. Our programs are free of charge, and you can attend a session to see if the program is a good fit for your family.

Parents, infants and toddlers on the move will enjoy singing and playing together as they build strong language skills and loving bonds. The program includes nursery rhymes, lap rhymes, music, books and lots of hugs and love! The program will end with a special development time to encourage gross motor and social skills. This program is for children up to 30 months & their caregivers
Parents and children will enjoy a time to sing and play together as they celebrate their child’s growing sense of self. The program encourages independence, sharing, and cooperation as we build strong language, thinking, motor, decision making, and social skills. The program includes rhymes, books, music & thinking activities.
This program is for children 2½ - 3½ years old & a caregiver.
We all want our children to grow into literate, thinking adults, but reading the Bible doesn't happen in a day. It takes time and practice to develop the literacy skills necessary to become a proficient reader. This program will focus on helping children build a strong foundation of phonological awareness skills to support their growing phonemic awareness and early literacy skills using fund and engaging activities. This program is for children 4 years & up.
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Programs

The Level I atrium focuses on the unconditional love of the Good Shepherd. Children meditate on the Good Shepherd parable and the 'shepherd who knows his sheep and calls them by name.' Children come to know Jesus by learning about the land of Israel, the infancy narratives, the paschal narrative and the parables of the Kingdom of God. Prayer, song, scripture and hands-on materials help them learn about the Mass This weekly program will give your child the gift of faith as well as a loving relationship with our heavenly Father. This program is available from September through Pentecost.
focus is on Jesus, the True Vine. Older children seek to understand their relationship with God and others, and their role in His Kingdom. They want to understand how to remain on the vine. The child at this age seeks guidelines. The moral parables offer a model of comparing behavior using many familiar stories from the Bible. The proclamations and meditations stress God's love, which is constantly forgiving. This weekly program will continue to expand on the children's understanding of the Catholic faith and deeper their relationship with our Heavenly Father. This program is available from September through Pentecost.
