Anyone fourteen years or older who wishes to be Confirmed and/or receive First Holy Communion has an opportunity to do so during the Easter season. If you are interested in receiving either or both of these two Sacraments, please complete the form below.
This form is not for those seeking adult baptism through our OCIA program but only for those who wish to be Confirmed and/or receive their First Holy Communion, either during the Easter Season or at another time designated by the pastor.
If your current marital status is not in conformity with the Catholic Church or you're cohabitating with someone who is not your spouse, you must speak to the pastor for clarity and more information.
